Meet the dedicated UCOB team. Would you like to join us? Take a look at our Careers page for more information.
I have been interested in cars and motorsport from an early age. Some of my earliest memories were standing sodden through in the rain with my dad and brother watching the mid-Wales forest stages of the Lombard RAC rally.
From there, my love for anything with an engine has grown. After finishing sixth form college, I knew I wanted to join the motor industry, so I started cleaning cars at small used car garage and progressed my way through to salesman. I have worked for Volkswagen and a BMW main dealer for over ten years, qualifying from their highly rated academy system.
As a child, I remember the excitement that built when it was time to change dads company car! That distinctive new car smell, the first 100, 500 and 1000 miles. Those days obviously left a mark on me; I knew the Motor Trade was for me. 1989 "F" registration was the start for me working in the Parts department for Volvo. After a few years of learning the technical side of cars I moved into Sales. 26 years later and the love of the Motor Trade is still with me!
Gardening and watching my son play football take up the rest of my time. Looking forward to meeting you, the kettle is always on.
Since joining the team in 2015, I am very happy with being surrounded by a number of like-minded, forward thinking colleagues. Having spent over 15 years in the military, I always knew that I needed to be part of a group that pulled in the same direction and had a common goal.
Outside of work I enjoy quiz shows, climbing and keeping my three children away from the tv! Furthermore, I look forward to helping you drive away in your new vehicle!
My love for cars started when I began my automotive apprenticeship after leaving school. This really helped understand how cars work (well, most of the time!). I am used to more agricultural vehicles as I grew up in Chard, Somerset but am adapting to city life well. The team and myself look forward to meeting you!
Outside of work I enjoy watching football, going to the cinema and spending time with my girlfriend.
I have been working within the motor trade for many years and like nothing better than helping people find their new car! I have a passion for customer service and pride myself on leaving my customers with a smile on their faces. Outside of work, I like nothing more than spending time with my better half, eating curry and watching the mighty Spurs!
I have been working in the motor industry for more than 10 years. As the Site Manager at Used Cars of Bristol, it is my responsibility to ensure smooth running of the operations around the dealership.
Outside of work I enjoy playing and watching football.
